I’m Kanaiza, an entreprenuer-turned-UX designer. I used to design travel experiences for women of color; now, I design digital experiences for all.

Before Google, I worked at a software engineering school and owned a travel service for women of color. Through building that business, I developed my UX research and design skills and learned to approach problems holistically, balancing user needs with business constraints. Now, as a designer, I thrive in environments that foster curiosity, cross-functional collaboration, and research-driven design.

In my free time, I enjoy easy hikes, dramatic reality television, and meticulously planned vacations.
